Co-Owner, Melissa Martinez, strives to serve her community by creating meals that are tasty, fulfilling, and memorable. Melissa has had decades of success building up Organic Beauty Salons throughout Eastern, PA. With a passion for people and food, Melissa aims to serve those who walk through her doors with the highest quality customer experience and the tastiest food around.

Co-Owner, Tony Martinez, who is known in Jim Thorpe for his involvement with the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival, is a serial entrepreneur who has had 10+ years of success launching and growing multiple businesses. Tony’s specializes in Marketing, Management and Film/Photo Production. Tony is an outgoing warm character who operates his businesses on a foundation built with integrity, transparency, and respect.
