Kirsti Coghlan has 30 years in Human Resources, ranging from domestic and international arenas to private and not-for-profit sectors. Kirsti’s experience encompasses retail, manufacturing, aeronautic/space, financial, behavioral health and long/short-term healthcare industries within both union and non-union environments. Kirsti recently returned to the financial industry as the Director of Human Resources for Mauch Chunk Trust Co., located at their main headquarters in Jim Thorpe, PA.
