Heffley to host seminar on gun safety and Second Amendment

State Rep. Doyle Heffley | Pennsylvania 122nd Legislative District

Residents in Carbon County have the opportunity to attend a seminar hosted by Rep. Doyle Heffley focused on gun safety and the Second Amendment. The event will provide insights into the Concealed Carry and Castle Doctrine laws.

Rep. Heffley, who represents Carbon, will be joined by Carbon County District Attorney Michael Greek and Sheriff Daniel Ziegler. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club.

The purpose of the seminar is to offer residents a chance to learn more about the responsibilities and rights associated with gun ownership, as emphasized by the organizers. Attendees will receive important information on safe gun handling, legal implications of concealed carry permits, and the specifics of the Castle Doctrine.
