Lower Towamensing Township recently issued the following announcement.

Lessons Learned from the Pandemic Webinar

You are invited to attend a Free Zoom Webinar on Tuesday, August 24th from 9:00 am -11:00 am titled “Lessons Learned from the Pandemic”.

Webinar Overview:

Upon reflection on lessons learned during the darkest, most isolated periods of the pandemic, many organizations feel the need to resume normalcy and return to a close approximation of what was.

In this desire to forget and fall back into comfort, people are potentially missing a brilliant opportunity to move past survival into the realm of thriving by putting in place the lessons that the pandemic has taught us about preparation and agility and caring for our critical resources.

Join us to learn how the pandemic’s most profound lessons can build a stronger version of your organization.

Participants will receive organizational self-assessment and action plan templates to transition your organization from surviving to flourishing and thriving.
