City of Pottsville issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
Effective December 15th, 2020, until further notice, City Hall will be closed to public access.
This measure has been taken to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on workers, customers, and the public.
Staff will be available via phone call or email to provide any assistance necessary, answer questions or process payments and applications in a timely manner. Please follow the following guidelines:
- Residents requiring assistance can call city hall at 570-622-1234
- You will be referred to the appropriate office to complete any business
- You can use this website to learn more about online resources
- All payments for taxes, permits, GPASA etc. can be placed in the drop box in front of City Hall.
