City of Pottsville issued the following announcement on June 18.

City of Pottsville facilities will be open to the public on the schedule below.

• JFK Pool will open at noon on 6/18/20
• City Parks will open on 6/19/20
• City Hall will open to the public on 6/22/20

As City Hall opens to the public, it is important to take all necessary precautions to keep our community, workers and workplace safe.

General Guidelines

• All visitors to City hall must wear a mask
• Visitors will be asked to practice social distancing while waiting at designated areas, and while conducting business.
• Visitors will be asked not to enter the building if they demonstrate COVID symptoms.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be installed in the rotunda, 2nd and 3rd Floor areas.
• Public Restrooms will be located on the First Floor.
• Cleaning of common areas will be done frequently throughout the day.
• Signs will be posted throughout the building regarding COVID Prevention Practices
