On Saturday, March 8, former Tri-Valley Junior Senior High School standout Gianna Poletti’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 23-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Fairfield Stags.

The game took place at Nittany Lion Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Stags this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 3 p.m. at Nittany Lion Softball Park against Fairfield Stags.
