On Saturday, March 29, former Tri-Valley Junior Senior High School standout Gianna Poletti’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oklahoma State Cowgirls.

The game took place at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field. This was their first matchup against the Cowgirls this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Nittany Lion Softball Park against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
