On Thursday, March 13, former Pottsville Area High School standout Taylor Welsh’s current college team, the Bloomsburg Huskies, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Jefferson Rams.
The game took place at Jan M. Hutchinson Field. This was their second matchup against the Rams this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at LU Softball Complex against Lincoln Lions.
