On Wednesday, March 8th, 2023, The North Pocono Junior High Science Olympiad team competed at the Northeast PA regional competition. The team placed 2nd out of 16 teams.Medalists include:1st Place:

• Bridge: Jacob Motichka and Joey Goul assisted by Cai Cephas, Chelsea Moore, Kyrah Williams, and Madeline Millard
• Can't Judge a Powder: Ella DeRenzis and Nina Wilson

2nd Place:

• Anatomy: Marlie DeRenzis and Jacob Motichka
• Codebusters: Hailey Lesh, Matt Nicosia, and Tanner Corkins
• Crave the Wave: Connor Simonson and Sean LaBadie
• Crime Busters: Hailey Lesh and Nina Wilson
• Dynamic Planet: Matt Nicosia and Alex Garibaldi
• Flight: Connor Simonson and Connor Alefantis assisted by Kathryn Cikota, Raina Nemitz, Kyle Mizenko, and Smallz Charles
