Census Bureau reports Hometown population was 1,168 in 2019

Hometown had a population of 1,168 people in 2019, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Coal Region News.

The median age was 47, with 54.1 percent of the total population being female and 45.9 percent male.

The state's total population in 2019 was 12,791,530.
