Bowmanstown Borough issued the following announcement on June 12.
Today, Carbon County officially transitions to the "green" phase of the governor's reopening plan.
That means the stay-at-home and business closure orders are now lifted to allow the economy to strategically reopen while we continue to prioritize public health by following all state and federal safety guidelines.
