On Saturday, April 19, former Palmerton Area High School standout Carly Gaffney’s current college team, the Mercy Mavericks, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the D’Youville Saints.
The game took place at Smith Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Saints this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Bob Klein Field against Molloy Lions.
