On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Shenandoah Valley Junior Senior High School standout Luke Matta’s current college team, the Dayton Flyers, won 20-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Bellarmine Knights.

The game took place at Knights Field. This was their first matchup against the Knights this season.

The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at Woerner Field against Bradley Braves.
