On Friday, Feb. 21, former Shenandoah Valley Junior Senior High School standout Luke Matta’s current college team, the Dayton Flyers, lost 13-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Florida Gators.
The game took place at Condron Family Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Gators this season.
The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m. at Condron Family Ballpark against Florida Gators.
