Rep. Doyle Heffley and Sen. Dave Argall are organizing a seminar aimed at educating the public about scams, particularly targeting senior citizens. The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lehighton, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Heffley emphasized the importance of staying informed about fraudulent activities, stating, “Scam artists are constantly coming up with new ways to deceive people, especially our senior citizens.” The seminar aims to provide attendees with current information on scams and preventive measures.
