On Friday, March 7, former Palmerton Area High School standout Carly Gaffney’s current college team, the Mercy Mavericks, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the SNHU Penmen.
The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Penmen this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 12:15 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against West Chester Golden Rams.
